At Desert Crown Extensions LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality hair extensions and excellent customer service. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we maintain strict return and refund guidelines to protect all customers.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Hair extensions remain in their original packaging
- The security seal, zip tie, or hygiene tag has not been removed or broken
- The item is free of odors, styling products, damage, or excessive handling
For hygiene reasons, any product that has been opened, worn, brushed, dyed, cut, customized, or altered in any way is not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-colored or custom-made extensions
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Opened hair products or accessories
- Products with broken hygiene seals
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at desertcrownextensions@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at desertcrownextensions@gmail.com with photos and or videos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 8 hours of purchase before processing begins. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in denial of future purchases.
